Who Pays First?

A Flexible Spending Account (FSA) is a plan that allows employees to pay for certain expenses with pre-tax dollars. Employees must elect the desired amount from their paycheck to be distributed to their Flexible Spending Account. This saves employees Federal income, State income, and Social Security taxes on qualifying expenses.
